One of our 4th Grade classes at FMS learned how Katherine Johnson saved Apollo 13 this week.
We made our own space capsules with parachutes. We timed the speed of them to make sure they could safely return to Earth!

FMS had a super sweet treat from our very own Coleman and Travis Warren’s Simply Sweet Food Truck! Treating teachers and giving back to the community! Served by our wonderful Superintendents, Jon Laffoon and Stephanie Pinkerton and school board member Mrs. Lori Blew. Always positive, always doing for others! Thank you big from FMS!!!

FMS "Cardinals Care" Campaign Final Count!
We are so proud of our FMS Students! They donated 317 Items for our community pets!!! Way to go!! Items that were donated were dropped off with Farmington Pets Alive and Friends of Prairie Grove Pound.
Farmington Pets Alive is Farmington's newest pet food/supplies donation center! They recently connected with the wonderful people at the Farmington Senior Center, this connection is allowing them to direct their donations to reach Farmington Residents that are signed up with the Meals on Wheels program.
We are so thankful that we had enough items to share between both of these amazing facilities.

Some of our FMS 4th grade classes went on their first field trip today! Our students had a wonderful time learning about archery, fish preservation, and the native animals to Arkansas!
