Farmington Middle School Parents, we just wanted you to know the reason the fire alarm went off and why the fire department came to our building. There was no fire and the alarm went off because of a duct sensor. The fire department checked it out and went through the building and found no smoke or fire. In addition to masks, hand hygiene, and sanitizing efforts - these air purifiers will help provide an additional level of protection to our students and staff from COVID-19 and other viruses.
